Jane and Alice, Christmas 2010

This is a photo of Jane and Alice at Christmas, just a few days before Alice and myself went South for our snow-bird hiatus. We had planned on getting together again for Easter 2011, but by than she was in the hospital in Worchester.

Our good friend Jane Jennings Baker died Thursday, April 29th, 2011

Jane died last night, April 29th, 2011. She is pictured in the photo at left with her husband Dick at Crater Lake in their beloved Oregon during our trip out to visit them in 2008.  She was like family and will be greatly missed.

Playing with Photosynth

This morning I was reading the NYT Teck column (David Pogue) and he provided some good information on I-phone photo apps.  I've been been using a few different panoramic apps, but PHOTOSYNTH really blows me away.  Click the Title Link to see a pano we shot this afternoon at our home in Preston.
