Glad to have this one over with.....

Went in yesterday for my colonoscopy at the VA clinic in Viera.  Everything looking good, with no signs of any additional inflammation of the colon which was a pretty nasty issue earlier on.  God almighty, the prep for that procedure is a nightmare! :(.  I'd forgotten how nasty it was.....selective memory?

Well, I'm not thrilled but I just looked at my calendar when I was posting a Titus Village Board Meeting notice and I noted that I'm scheduled to visit the VA Clinic in Viera for a colonoscopy  on next Wednesday.  Tuesday prep will be a bummer for sure :(.  They're trying to get another look to see if my colon agitation has diminished...

Not in a GREAT hurry to be their first customer, but it's nice to know it's there waiting and local :).

We were with Space Coast Sam friends at Jetty Park from June 8th to the 12th, 2015

Just got back in yesterday from Jetty Park in Port Canaveral.  We'll  be going back in July and August....really enjoy it there.  Here's a link to a few snaps from the camp-out:

It's Friday, and time to start thinking about our next camping outing.  We've doing a "mid-week" jaunt with six members of our camping group Space Coast Sams www.spacecoastsams.org, arriving on Monday the 8th and leaving Friday the 12th. This is an "extra" campout as the Chapter does not formally meet during the summer. They have a special deal that if you skirt the weekend you camp for four nights and pay for three, plus a very special low rate for Brevard County residents. Jetty Park is in Port Canaveral and the campground, which is on the open Atlantic, is managed by their Port Authority.  Really quite nice there....here's a link to the campground: http://www.jettyparkbeachandcampground.com/camp_index
